He has consulted with leading organizations on innovation and creativity. Some of the marquee names include Allergan, Café Coffee Day, Capgemini, Ericsson, Future Group, GlaxoSmithKline, Infosys, Mahindra, Tanishq, Tata Steel, Thermax, Titan, Total, Wipro, and World Trade Centre, amongst others. Pavan is recipient of the ‘On-the-Job Achiever Award’- Lakshya- CII Mumbai in 2007 for his work on Innovation, and was felicitated with ‘Innovation Excellence Award’ at the 5th Indira Innovation Summit in 2012.
