Workshop on Building Innovation Competencies
July 14, 2016
Thursday
The purpose of the workshop is to introduce the audience to a research backed understanding of how firms build enduring capabilities around innovation.
What makes firms great is not the great products that they produce, but the ability to do so over and over again, and for a long period of time. This ability is called ‘capability’. Hence, ‘innovation capability’ is the ability of a firm to come up with great products and services over and over again, even with change in leadership, environment, or product class.
