Cost Per Click
Also called CPC
Cost per click: what you pay each time someone clicks your ad. A core unit of paid acquisition.
CPC = total ad spend / clicks
Why it matters
CPC is a building block of your acquisition cost. Watching it by channel and campaign tells you where attention is getting more expensive and whether your targeting still works.
For example
A search campaign spends 50,000 for 2,500 clicks, a cost per click of 20 rupees.
