What should a tech integration partnership include beyond a logo swap?
An integration only becomes a partnership when three things exist: a working connection your support team can debug, a joint customer story with a number in it, and an agreed motion for who says what to whom. Without the third you have a directory listing and no revenue. Practically that means a proper marketplace listing with real screenshots, a recorded mutual enablement session so it survives attrition, and a shared list of accounts where both products are already installed. Build the integration for the ten customers who asked for it, not for the press release.
