Haituk is a serial intrapreneur having more than 12 years’ experience in management consulting and design thinking. He is a Certified Blue Ocean Strategist and Design Thinking. He is a registered Mentor with GTU Innovation Council, Parul University’s Vadodara Startup Studio, ADPList and Micro Mentor (Global communities for world-class mentors.)
He is a relentless advocate for Blue Ocean Strategy and Business Model Design, and is constantly researching, testing, and identifying ways in which to make strategies as simple and easy-to-use as possible. He has created many frameworks based on various management concepts and uses them in his consulting and training assignments.
Currently, he is mainly involved in the formulating branding strategies for corporate and startups. His past portfolio covers various roles across Business Improvement Strategy, Marketing Communication, Management Information System, ISO 9001:2015 and Human Resource (General). He has taken many strategic initiatives related to Intellectual Properties, ERP implementation, Mobile and Web based application for improving business operations.
He is associated with various startups and related associations. He has been jury for Business Model Competition in events organized by Baroda Management Association and other programs by Parul University, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and Gujarat Technological University. He has conducted many workshops on Business Model and Ideation for the startups and enterprises. He has trained 100+ management trainees for their Summer Internship Program from institutes like IIM Ahmedabad, IMT Ghaziabad, Nirma Universtiy, Som-Lalit, Amity University, BK School of Management, to name a few.
