I did Mechanical Engineering from DDU before I started teaching QA and LR in Career Launcher as a hobby. Started my professional career at VBiz Solutions, as a Project Coordinator, helping Clients achieve their web solutions by rightly communicating it to developers.

After this to learn sales and processes, I gave my 4 years to renowned EdTech.
I started working as Business Development Associate and from there I progressed in corporate ladder as Associate Senior Business Development Training Manager. During my career I have done Consultative Selling in multiple cities of Gujarat, provided dynamic sales training to 500+ BDAs ensuring their monthly revenue target. Have been managing entire performance vertical in Gujarat single-handedly. I strongly focused on being people's manager, understanding their area of improvement, motivating, and facilitating employee retention through logic driven approach.
