I am passionate about people and the way they work and balance their lives. Ideas and solutions, that make balancing life and work easier and change the ways of working get me fired up. Creating new ideas and innovating to change the world make me just insane.
I am kind of a rebel - do not tend to stay in university for a long time and do not care too much about the "academic" education. I rather prefer to grow and learn while doing and trying things out.
Within the past seven year in Manpower, I have gained experience about the HR industry; about it's challenges in the changing world and how important it is to continue innovating and looking for new solutions.
GoWorkaBit is going to change the way people work. We liberate the way of working, by giving people freedom to choose when, where and for whom they work by connecting them with companies who have an urgent need for extra staff.
A team of 6 professionals with remarkable experience from HR and tech, have been passionately building and developing a product that will provide people a freedom. Work will no longer be an unpleasant obligation or a long term commitment but a possibility to choose when, where and for whom you work.
