Marek has 20 years of B2B sales & marketing experience. Last 10 years heβs been working with innovative technology start-ups like Timbeco (smart construction), Cleveron (robotics) and Elcogen (cleantech & renewables). He is true believer in process thinking and enthusiast of personality psychology.
Marekβs main role has been to drive growth of start-ups on export markets. In some cases, it involved leading the changes inside the company, in some cases it involved international marketing and sales strategy development and in some cases it involved communications and branding formation.
Marek's current role is to drive growth of Elcogen - an Estonian cleantech start-up, one of the leading European hydrogen technologies (SOFC/SOEC) developer and manufacturer. Winner of Innovation at European Business Awards 2019, Innovator of Estonia 2020. Marek' customer portfolio includes global brands from energy, automotive and utility industries, mostly from Japan, S-Korea, China and USA markets.
