I am Co-Founder of EngineerBabu & Supersourcing; EngineerBabu has been a successful IT agency and Supersourcing is a product built on the learnings from EngineerBabu over its last 7 years.
I’ve always been passionate about wanting to start my own company and building a business. In my college days, I had two failed ventures after which I moved to Bangalore to take up a “regular” job. These failed stints across 3.5 years made me learn a lot about how to build a scalable business. After getting frustrated with the rigid culture at the tech company I wanted a change. I started an IT agency focused on helping startups build their MVP that help them get investment or get them selected on platforms like YCombinator, MIT Delta V & Harvard Innovation Lab.
In the last 7 years, more than 200+ of our portfolio companies have achieved 10 - 1000X growth; 6 got selected in YC, a bunch in MIT and a few others at Harvard Innovation Lab. I have built great connections with founders and investors from different industries through this journey; witnessed many success and failures at different levels of an organisation.
We’ve helped connect many founders to relevant investors through events and assisted them in acquiring large scale companies by validating their tech scalability and security.
I truly love nature and plants. Some of the lessons I’ve learnt building up a community of like-minded enthusiasts is that nurturing the environment and an organisation are very similar- both require support, care and time. This Green Army of ours have planted over 25000+ saplings and have gotten covered on Dainik Bhaskar and Naidunia.
Writing has also been another passion of mine and I have contributed to YourStory, Entrepreneur.com. I wanted to share my experience of hiring, product building and problem-solving and this avenue helped me achieve that while gaining exposure for my businesses.
