Started my career managing the family construction business. This was a trial by fire in learning how to manage stakeholders with conflicting views, lead a business to manage the short & long term business objectives, churn a business portfolio to manage cash flows without losing sight of the financial returns for the company & manage local & federal regulatory authorities.
Have been part of startups, incubating & managing operations within multi-billion dollar companies, turning around businesses & providing successful exists to stakeholders. I have led transformational change management initiatives that have pivoted the way companies are run & have had a huge impact on the personnel & business strategies.
My experience in the offshoring space spans from practices like Analytics to Business Advisory Services to Finance & Accounting and Procurement, both on the third party & captive side across Financial Services, Manufacturing & Life Sciences.
Completed a senior leadership program from INSEAD as part of key talent retention & also as a pause for perspective initiative to explore how best to utilize the remaining portion of my professional life.
I have been investing in startups for more than a decade, along with an active interest in mapping the startup ecosystem, mentoring leaders & companies. The VC fund fits in seamlessly as a culmination of all these activities.
