Hands on experience in industrial Fermentation process development comprising strain improvement techniques using genetic manipulation, High through put screening (HTS) model development, Fermentation process development and its scale up (up to 1500liter), downstream process development. Knowledge about the importance of the intellectual property and experience in the interpretation and drafting of the patents.
Experienced in setting up of productive research laboratory and pilot fermentation facility.
