He is well-equipped to originate transaction and execute them end-to-end including collaterals authoring, financial and business plan preparation, transaction marketing, negotiations, hand-holding the due-diligence and definitive closure documentation.
Strong proven ability to build trust relationships with CEOs/ CFOs and other CXOs. He is well-experienced in working closely with CxO's to identify and propose strategic initiatives for their companies. He is also well-equipped to deal and liaison with various agencies including due diligence, lawyers, regulatory bodies, BRLMs and others.
