Simran is a socio-economic entrepreneur & motivational speaker & is currently building KANEGI - India's first mindful tools and portable spaces for meditation. She’s currently on first stage of incubation with IIM Bangalore NSRCEL WSP programme for building KANEGI.
Throughout her career, Simran has blended entrepreneurship with social development initiatives & used innovation & creativity to develop products & solutions that aimed at creating revenue generating -impact across various socio-economic communities globally.
She has ideated, ventured & scaled up enterprise & customer focussed technology business-in Indian beverage space & is the brain child behind developing a community of females to nurture go for chai as a women welfare brand.
She has worn multiple hats right from luxury brand management, business development, digital & social media marketing, customer success, growth hacking, business strategy, community development & stakeholder relationships. Leveraging her client relationship & marketing skills, she devised & implemented go to market strategy & led brand & promotion campaigns to increase daily tea sales by 5X
She is passionate about social entrepreneurship & has volunteered & led various social development projects as a part of Global Shapers Community(GSC).
She has also been mentoring start-ups with focus on creating socio- economic responsible leadership &income generating opportunities for Bottom of Pyramid.
