Vanipriya comes with vast technology experience and expertise of building ground-up applications through the past decade from early web, mobile, multi-channel, omni-channel, e-commerce, cloud to Al/ML/DS.
A natural servant leader, extremely passionate and driven, Vanipriya has led multiple teams across the product spectrum from product management, delivery, marketing and customer success.
A firm believer of understanding, empathising customer needs to be the core of true success, Vanipriya has herself founded and helped establish organisations in starting, buidling and sustaining high performance teams at a lot of start-ups where she had mentored various young technical and management professionals.
Prior to starting the Co-Creation team at Exotel, Vani started the India office and served as the Director of Product Management at FPS Innovation Labs. An alumnus of ISB and Anna University for Business and Technical Education respectively, she had previously founded the start-ups Zeekh, The Code Place and Proyojana, and had also been part of various assignments involving global clients like Born Commerce, Tetley, Bliss, Total Oil and Gas, Wiley, to name a few.
Away from work, Vanipriya regularly volunteers at start-up and product events in the city, and also performs classical Carnatic Music from time to time.
