I have been point person for a very successful IPO of Persistent Systems Ltd. in India, top tier venture capital investment and private equity funding, multiple M&A/takeovers, joint venture agreements. I have contributed significantly in establishing domestic/overseas offices and companies, designing Employee Stock Option schemes, negotiating foreign currency loans, HR documentation, dealing with IPR-related issues and negotiating international commercial and technology contracts.
