How do I register a Private Limited Company in India?

File the SPICe+ form on the MCA21 portal, which bundles name reservation, incorporation, PAN, TAN, and more into one integrated application, most founders use a CA/CS to run it. You'll need DSCs and DINs for directors, plus a MoA and AoA. Budget a couple of weeks and modest fees; it's very doable without a fancy law firm.
