About Emgage Team.
We are two co-founders, Sarfaraz Malek (CTO) and me (Surendra Varma – CEO).
We both were working together with Cyberoam, I was part of HR team and Sarfaraz was part of Tech Team.
I have more than 20 years of Exp. in the HR field, with 10 plus years of work experience with Corporate and 10 years of Exp. in running an HR services venture and Emgage is my brainchild.
How Emgage Works?
Eureka Moment
When Surendra joined a two-member HR team as the HR Manager of a growing tech company, they struggled big time in implementing HR processes and an HRMS platform owning to the complexities of the platform, limited knowledge, and (of course) the bandwidth!
The challenges grew 3x fold when he started his own HR consulting & outsourcing firm, years later! They were using spreadsheets and documents to keep up with Payroll and processes. A ton of stuff was slipping through the cracks.
Their customers weren’t happy, and neither were they! So they looked for a better solution. Unfortunately, what they found was that the HRMS platforms available in the market were way more than their small yet growing business needed, and costly too.
