His point about “People don’t buy the best product. They buy the best-known product” is a mindset shift every builder needs to internalize.
The simplicity of his advice — use your phone, speak from the heart, show up consistently — is powerful. No fancy studio. No big budgets. Just real stories, told by real founders.
Also loved his breakdown of content pillars — for customers, investors, and talent. At Brands.live, we’re helping thousands of businesses across India do this every day in their own voice, in their own language. But yes — it has to start with the founder.

We shortlisted around 25 names, looking for something meaningful and relevant. DICOT stood out—it’s short for Digital and Communication Technology, which reflects our core in industrial IoT.
But it also carries a deeper metaphor. A dicot is a seed that splits into two parts as it grows. It symbolizes potential, balance, and growth. I liked the idea of it growing into a mangrove—a resilient ecosystem that protects and nurtures its surroundings, stabilizes coastlines, and supports marine life. That’s the kind of impact I envision for our startup in the industrial landscape.
