An avid lover of street food and a traveler by heart Aditya is a Founder & CEO of Cibos where he creates Modular, Portable, and Smart Kiosks, as well as Solar, Powered Heating, and Cooling solutions aimed at empowering Micro-entrepreneurs. The core idea behind Cibos is to empower Small scale business, vendors and micro-entrepreneurs by giving them access to affordable modular infrastructure as well as technology.

He has been extremely active in the community as

- Global Facilitator and Community Leader, Techstars Startup Weekend

He has also been awarded Karmaveer Chakra for his work in 2019 by the International Confederation of NGOs in partnership with the UN.

He is deeply passionate about creating more opportunities for youth and helping them showcase their skillset on a national level to get job opportunities thus, he founded Uppskale, a challenge based hiring platform for youth to get equal job opportunities.
