My journey began with a love for problem-solving and a thirst for knowledge. That's what led me to pursue engineering at the esteemed Vellore Institute of Technology. Engineering gave me the tools to think critically, analyze situations, and develop creative solutions – a skillset that would prove invaluable throughout my career.
But beyond the technical aspects, I've always been fascinated by the world of business, particularly the dynamic and ever-evolving landscape of startups. I'm drawn to the energy, innovation, and potential for rapid growth that startups offer.
This dual passion for engineering and startups led me to explore different industries. I gained valuable experience working in both e-commerce and re-commerce, giving me a broad understanding of the online retail landscape. Each industry presented its own set of challenges and opportunities, allowing me to hone my skills and build a diverse knowledge base.
Currently, I'm putting my experience to work as the Vice President of Sales and Growth at Radical Aftermarket Services Pvt Ltd. This role allows me to combine my technical background with my passion for business development. I lead the sales team, driving growth and ensuring we reach new customers. At the same time, I leverage my understanding of innovation to explore new opportunities and keep Radical Aftermarket Services at the forefront of the refurbished laptop market.
