Arun is an Entrepreneur, who was earlier a professional, with over 25 years experience in the ‘Corporate world’. He has held leadership positions in some of the premier organizations and has worked in India and USA. He is a ‘Certified Life Coach and a Career Coach’ and has coached a large number of individuals during his professional and entrepreneurial journey.
Arun is now working with MSMEs to help them in their growth and success. Prior to this, he was CEO & Director at AVTEG Pvt. Ltd. He was responsible for formulating and executing key strategies in the area of ‘skill building’ to position UDAY (brand of AVTEG) as one of the leading brands in Indian sub-continent for almost 7 years. UDAY has set up “Centers of Excellence” in many parts of India and has skilled over 15000 youth.

Earlier, he had worked with Bharti Airtel, the leading telecom operator as COO in their Enterprise business, Ericsson Inc, the leading telecom supplier, in India and USA, HCL Group, Larsen & Toubro etc.

In Bharti Airtel, Arun was instrumental in scaling up Enterprise revenues from USD 15 million to over USD 300 million. He was managing a large team across the industry verticals in India. He was also responsible for launch of International Calling services in Canada, UK & Singapore. In Ericsson, he successfully managed relationships with Cisco, HP, Sun, Siemens etc. in North America and was responsible for the revenue growth of their software solutions, with these partners.

Arun has represented his organizations in various Industry forums and has been a speaker in many of the prestigious events organized by Nasscom, FICCI etc.

Arun is an Engineering graduate with Post Graduate Diploma in Management. He has done Executive Leadership Program at Insead, Singapore, he is certified Assessor by SHL, UK, Six sigma champion by IGE and has many other certifications.

Arun is a certified ‘life coach and executive coach’ by ICF, he is a ‘Canfield Certified Trainer for The Success Principles’ and he is the author of ‘The Xtraordinary Entrepreneur’ – an Amazon bestseller.
