With a background in clinical pharmacology and a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D), she previously worked at Apollo Hospitals, where she witnessed firsthand the gap between available medical data and its practical use in everyday care.

At Mutanex, Isha leads the research team, integration of clinical evidence, and AI to enable personalized therapy recommendations that support doctors in delivering safer, more effective treatments. Her work sits at the intersection of healthcare, data science, and responsible AI adoption in clinical practice.

Isha has represented her work on global platforms such as Princeton University’s TigerLaunch and has engaged with international venture-building ecosystems including Antler Singapore and the Draper Venture, gaining recognition for her efforts to make precision medicine scalable and accessible.
