Point10 actually predates eChai. Jatin Chaudhary and Kunal Chaudhari co-founded Point10 as a diversified group focused on rural empowerment and promoting entrepreneurial culture. eChai was one of the ventures that came out of Point10. So were Sweetly, which provided employment to tribal women in Dangs through handmade jewelry, and CampfireTrips, which helped travelers discover rural Gujarat.
Over time, eChai grew into the largest thing Point10 had built.
The community kept expanding, city after city, country after country. As that happened, eChai became the main focus. Sweetly and CampfireTrips ran their course. The energy and attention shifted fully towards the founder community and everything that was growing around it.
As eChai grew across cities and countries, founders started reaching out for help with decisions. Growth, go-to-market, partnerships, business models, fundraising, team structure. These were conversations that were already happening informally at meetups and over chai. Point10 Consulting is where those conversations became formal engagements.
When you have been part of thousands of founder conversations across sectors and stages, you develop a sense for what works and what the common patterns are. Point10 brings that context to the table. The advisory work is hands-on. Sitting with founders, working through the specifics of their situation, and helping them think through what comes next.
Point10 also draws on the eChai network. When a founder needs a perspective from someone who has built a similar business, or needs an introduction to the right person, that is usually possible because the network already exists. The consulting work and the community work are connected.
The landscape for consulting is also evolving. Companies are rethinking how they work with advisors. They want people who understand their world, who have context on the ecosystem, and who can move at the pace startups move at. Point10 is built for that.
If you are a founder or a company looking for a strategy and advisory partner with deep roots in the startup ecosystem, Point10 Consulting is worth a conversation.
