I have a PhD in Startup Ecosystems and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, one of the premier business schools in India.

With over 31 years of experience as a strategic consultant and leadership coach, I have helped numerous CEOs and organizations scale up their businesses to the next level, by providing strategic inputs, business plans, and organizational development solutions. I am also a certified coach from the International Coach Federation, a premium educator with Harvard Business Publishing, and a contributor to Harvard case studies and surveys. I have been a visiting faculty at IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Shillong and IIM Raipur, Mentor with Startup India and Niti Ayog.
