Hardik is a startup enthusiast with ideas, big dreams and a bibliophile.

He did his Engineering graduation from Nirma University. After his graduation, he joined Uber as an Operations Consultant. There he was profoundly involved in data-driven operations, implementing strategies to build the Uber MOTOs business in the city and managing cross-functional teams efficiently. He developed many dashboards and processes for a smooth business flow and played a vital role in enhancing driver partner experience at the touch points and managed relations with the driver partner community efficiently. During his tenure of 15 months at Uber, he was chosen as the "Employee of the month" for three times and received appreciations from the city General Manager.

After leaving Uber, Hardik joined Urban Clap as a Category Manager, where he was responsible to manage the P&L of the top demanding channel in the city. He left Urban Clap in no time finding it wasn't a right fit for him.

He holds a strong interest in Data analytics, Strategies, and Growth.
