Hetal Shah is a serial entrepreneur, angel-stage ecosystem builder, and global operator with 20+ years of execution-led experience across India, the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, and North America. He has built and scaled businesses across FMCG, Technology, Brand, and Last-Mile Commerce, creating purpose-led and commercially sustainable ecosystems.

He is the Co-Founder of Khuvi Organics, a next-generation Organic & Natural FMCG brand with 300+ SKUs across D2C, marketplaces, offline retail, franchises, quick commerce, and exports. Its zero-inventory franchise model empowers micro-entrepreneurs while supporting farmer and artisan communities.

Nityam Global, a pan-India IT field engineering platform across 1,200+ pincode, serving Aviation, Banking & Insurance, Enterprise & Manufacturing, Pharma, Education, and the Public Sector.

He also leads Threo Media, a brand-to-commerce growth studio for MSMEs and D2C brands, operating across India, UAE, Europe, and North America, with on-ground presence in Ahmedabad, Dubai, Chicago, Prague, Vancouver, Toronto, and Calgary.

Hetal runs Last Mile Hub, a human-led Gujarat's One & Only an Exclusive eCommerce Operations and Fulfilment Hub that helps founders scale without tech or logistics friction.
