Dr. Kritika Manshani is an academician and researcher in organizational behavior, with a focus on how these qualities enable entrepreneurs to cultivate self-mastery, lead teams effectively, and build sustainable, high-performing ventures.

She currently serves as a Post Doctoral Researcher at the Centre for Wisdom in Leadership, SPJIMR, Mumbai.

Her doctoral research at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, advanced contextually grounded understanding of leadership in the Indian startup ecosystem and contributed to psychometric scale development in humble leadership.

In addition to her research, she teaches as Adjunct Faculty at Ahmedabad University, integrating empirical findings on leadership and organizational behavior into her classroom to help students critically connect theory with practice.
