I grew up in Kotkapura,a small town in punjab, completing my education through high school with a strong academic record. My career journey began with hands-on experience in the service industry, where I worked as a manager at Papa John's Pizza in Netherlands. There, I learned how to manage operations like deliveries and finances, gaining valuable skills in customer service and efficiency.

After gaining experience in the pizza industry, I decided to pause my college studies to focus on starting my own business. This decision was driven by my passion to create something meaningful and innovative. While living in Europe, I closely observed the clothing market and its extensive export network to over a hundred developed countries such as India and Myanmar. I was particularly fascinated by how they efficiently export used clothes, contributing significantly to the global thrift market. This observation deeply influenced the concept behind my current startup. But i want to take this to next level in my own country.

So i decided to come back india after spending 5 years in Netherlands. Here I worked with my father in Indian textile industry, which gave me insights into manufacturing and managing supply chains. This experience deepened my understanding of business operations and strengthened my determination to succeed as an entrepreneur. On closely analysing how much waste this industry produces the idea for my current startup clicked to me.

Today, I combine my academic background, practical experience, and entrepreneurial spirit to lead my startup towards achieving its goals. My journey reflects my commitment to learning, innovation, risk taking abilities and making a positive impact in the business. The eChai Effect - In Their Words

"eChai isn’t just a startup community … it’s a mindset . eChai has been one of the most impactful communities in my entrepreneurial journey. It’s been a turning point . In a world where building something can often feel isolating, eChai gave me a sense of belonging. I’ve found mentors, collaborators, and friends here — people who genuinely want to see you succeed. It’s a space where ideas are challenged, actions are celebrated, and founders grow not just in scale, but in clarity and confidence. From late-night ideas to early-morning pitches, this community has quietly but powerfully shaped the way I build, think, and dream. I’ll always be grateful for the way eChai creates spaces where founders don’t just grow businesses — they grow together."

"eChai is playing biggest role in my personal and professional life together. Its a community where i meet like minded people to share idea and learn from their idea. Even while playing cricket i learn something and i implement something new from that learning. Its my entry point for building network in different countries where my base is not established yet. Personally my only fun activity day in a week is eChai cricket and social."
