I’m Nayan Rana, co-founder at Gasimo, where we help B2B companies build predictable outbound growth systems through email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
My work sits at the intersection of lead generation, sales systems, automation, and AI. I spend most of my time helping founders and teams turn a clear offer into real conversations with the right prospects. At Gasimo, we focus on performance-led outbound, which means we care less about vanity activity and more about qualified replies, qualified meetings, and actual pipeline.
What makes my work interesting is that outbound is not just about sending messages. It is about understanding the market, choosing the right ICP, building sharp lists, writing messaging that feels human, setting up the right infrastructure, testing channels, tracking replies, and improving the system every week. A weak list, unclear offer, or generic message can kill a campaign before it even starts, so I enjoy going deep into the strategy behind outreach.
Gasimo works with businesses that have a strong product or service but need a better system to reach decision-makers. We usually support B2B companies, SaaS businesses, agencies, consultants, and service companies that want to generate qualified opportunities without hiring a full internal outbound team.
Our model is intentionally simple and founder-friendly. We prefer pay-per-performance outbound instead of heavy retainers, because the goal is to align our success with the client’s success. We help with campaign strategy, lead sourcing, outreach setup, automation, reply handling, and campaign iteration, while keeping the process lean, practical, and outcome-focused.
I’m also deeply interested in AI and how it can make sales, marketing, research, operations, and execution faster without making communication feel robotic. I believe the best use of AI is not to replace human judgment, but to sharpen it. Better research, better segmentation, better personalization, better decision-making, and faster execution.
I enjoy connecting with founders, operators, agency owners, SaaS teams, and people building serious businesses. I’m especially interested in conversations around outbound systems, B2B growth, AI automation, sales infrastructure, lead generation, positioning, and practical ways to grow without wasting time on noisy tactics.
Outside of Gasimo, I’m also working on building my personal brand around AI, outbound, B2B lead generation, and business systems. I like sharing practical lessons from real campaigns, not theory. My goal is to keep learning, keep testing, and keep building systems that create measurable business outcomes.
