With more than a decade of experience in the startup ecosystem, Nikhil Suthar presently serves as the Lead Partnerships at India Accelerator, a multi-stage, fund-led accelerator, where he drives collaborations with national and international stakeholders to strengthen the global venture acceleration pipeline. His expertise spans across venture capital funding, angel investments, startup acceleration, and corporate innovation models.

At India Accelerator, Nikhil has been instrumental in designing and implementing the Industry–Academia–Accelerator framework, launching sector-focused domain accelerators such as Swaastha Healthcare Accelerator, herSTART Accelerator for women-led ventures, and ADVAIT Defense-Tech Accelerator. He has also played a pivotal role in sensitizing corporates to engage with startups as strategic partners and investors through open innovation workshops, roundtables, and focused group discussions.

Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Parul Innovation and Entrepreneurship Research Centre, enabling early-stage ventures with seed funding, market access, and strategic partnerships. Earlier, he also contributed as Regional Coordinator at GTU Innovation and Startup Centre and co-founded ventures such as Profism Technologies LLP, CompuTalent, and Novelta Tech.
