As the founder of GetScreened.in, my journey has been one of innovation, challenges, and growth. It all began in March 2024 when I decided to leverage technology to revolutionize the recruitment process. My vision was to create a platform that could provide a fair and efficient screening process for candidates and recruiters alike.

From the outset, I was committed to integrating AI at the core of the platform, making it accessible and valuable to a wide range of users. One of the key features we've developed is GetScreenedGPT, which uses advanced AI to assist recruiters in making faster, more informed decisions. Our platform also offers unique services like interview preparation for candidates and technical assessments for universities.

Building GetScreened.in has been an exhilarating experience. We rapidly screened over 1000 candidates within just three months, demonstrating the platform's effectiveness and appeal. We’ve also established strong partnerships with universities, offering them tools to better prepare students for the job market.

I have more than 18 years of experience as a software entrepreneur and coder, having founded and run two successful software development companies: Varahi Gmbh and Varahi Technologies. I am passionate about building and growing teams of talented and versatile full-stack developers, who can handle various projects across different domains and platforms. I am also driven by the mission of establishing our presence in Europe and India as a global player and a niche and passion-driven skillset provider.
