Hey there..
Myself payal patel. My born and brought up was in Vadodara, Gujarat.
I have done M.Sc in applied chemistry. Then worked in chemical company making printing inks in r&d department.

Over the time, I realised that I'm more interested in cooking, foods & beverage businesses. So I started with small home kitchen in my home town vadodara where I was offering smoothie bowls, plant-based milk, cold pressed juices on preorder basis.
One day randomly I just filled the form for food stall & the event was happening in Bangalore. So I had no idea that how to do I manage everything from vadodara... From buying the things n putting up the stall... But luckily I found friend of friend living in banglore and we put up the stall together and the response we got from the city was marvellous... I was totally amazed with crowd and people's interest for my products. Then I realised that I was selling my food to a wrong place ( Vadodara ) where market is still not ready for this. And I decided to start my venture in banglore.

Just one month ago I shifted to Bangalore and still exploring this city. I want to make new friends, business contacts, network for my business here.
Luckily I got to know about this event, thought to give it a try and applied.

My agenda to join echai is to find co-founder & investors for my startup idea on smoothie bar.
