Preyash Kumbhani is a Co-Founder at MyPropertyMap, an innovative platform revolutionizing land investments by providing brokers, traders, and investors with tools, resources, and a marketplace to simplify and streamline real estate transactions. Since its launch, MyPropertyMap has onboarded hundreds of users, established strategic partnerships, and facilitated numerous land deals across India. Preyash spearheaded the development of the platform, combining technology and customer insights to solve industry inefficiencies and improve accessibility to land documentation services.

In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Preyash is pursuing a Master of Professional Studies in Management (STEM) from Cornell SC Johnson College of Business, expected in May 2025. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Nirma University, completed in June 2023.

Preyash has also interned in roles spanning project management and land research, contributing to infrastructure and real estate projects. He actively seeks opportunities to leverage data-driven decision-making and innovative strategies in real estate and technology.
