The Journey of entrepreneurship started in the middle of the pandemic. At that time, I was working as a business manager for a MNC. COVID lockdown started soon after my big fat Indian wedding in March 2020, it's like सिर मुड़ाते ही ओले पड़ना. Jokes apart all the ongoing projects were shut down; the employer has smashed the salary to 50% after one month of lock down and difficult time has started. We were just shifted to a new apartment and after 50% salary deduction it was like oh god pls help.
As the time passes rumour has started becoming reality that employment is at stake now. We knew that if we lost job now it is not possible to get another one in next one yr but one thing we knew while working in the industry since last 12yr that market will support us in getting projects.
Company founded in June 2020 and started getting order of small ticket size within three months. Now we are growing at 200% every year.
There is an big difference between business head of the established company and founder of the new company that I have realized very soon, because behaviour of the market is changed drastically even the supply chain knows to us since years. No doubt covid impact is there still market treat you as a fresher.
So why I am saying all this, because core of doing a business is to minimize the financial risk as much we can and execution, without execution you are nothing, doesn’t mean how good is your idea & plan it is.
