I’m Rohan Verma, a Computer Science + MBA graduate from Nirma University with hands on experience in startups, especially in Founder’s Office and Growth roles. I currently work as a Growth Marketer at Neon Fund, a venture capital firm, where I focus on competitor analysis, marketing automation, and building scalable growth systems. My work involves analysing VC marketing strategies, identifying opportunities for lead generation, and improving brand visibility across multiple channels.

Previously, I worked at Bummer, a D2C brand, where I led initiatives in AI automation, B2B GTM, and internal process optimization. I built automated workflows using tools like OpenAI and n8n, saving significant time and cost for the company.

I enjoy working in fast paced environments where I can wear multiple hats growth, product, automation and directly contribute to business impact. Currently, I’m actively looking for a Founder’s Office or Associate Product Manager role at a high-growth startup in Bangalore, ideally in Fintech, SaaS, or D2C Tech.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about music, fitness, and building side projects that automate or simplify real-world problems.
