Hello, my name is Shantanu Kumar. I am a dedicated and skilled Data Scientist with over five years of experience in the fields of machine learning, deep learning, and advanced analytics. I graduated from IIT Kharagpur. My professional journey began at Quantiphi Analytics, where I honed my skills in machine learning engineering, working on complex projects such as OCR for handwritten text detection and exploratory data analysis.

I then transitioned to Accenture AI, where I played a pivotal role in various projects, including retail analytics for a leading Southeast Asian company, intelligent revenue growth for a telecom firm in Dubai, and cross-selling insurance products for a PSU bank in India. My work involved developing customer lifetime value models, building value-based segmentation, and creating propensity models that significantly boosted target shopper engagement.

Currently, I am a Data Scientist Associate at J.P. Morgan Chase.
