After working for 17 years in the IT industry as a coder and network security specialist, Shripal finally answered his true calling in 2012 when he shifted from Mumbai to Vadodara, where he started his first venture, Hansaa Digiventures. It was a modest start, with one PC and one client, with Shripal working from his Study at home.

In no time, Hansaa Digiventures become a runaway success, adding more than 30 members to its team with three offices in two cities. The much coveted 1 crore turnover mark was achieved in 4 years, and HD, by then HDPL (Hansaa Digiventures Pvt Ltd), was among the topmost names in Vadodara. In a short span, it had catered to clients globally, across a vast spectrum of business verticals.

Today, Shripal runs Content Bulb, a company specialising in content and social media marketing, with names like Vadodara City Police and internationally acclaimed journalist Barkha Dutt and her digital news portal, Mojo Story, among others on the clientele list.

Shripal is a published author and poet and is widely known as a mentor to several young entrepreneurial aspirants.

He is a passionate writer, a voracious reader, a good orator and a "corridor" singer.
