I am also heading the Delhi NCR Chapter of Indian Startups Community.I was earlier associated with Hero group Company. My work areas include corporate secretarial & legal matters, regulatory compliances, GST advisory, Accounting, taxation, corporate strategies, corporate restructuring, IPR ,assisting startups in business setup, funding including understanding and guiding with respect to the domestic and International business of the clients.
