I am Siddharth, the founding AI Product Manager at RagaAI, a MLOps SaaS platform backed by $4.7 million in seed funding. Over the past several years, our focus has been on developing a comprehensive testing platform designed to assess end-to-end AI applications across various domains, including NLP, Computer Vision, and Tabular data analysis. I spearhead the development efforts across multiple facets of our platform. As a nascent startup, our success hinges on recruiting and retaining top-tier talent. We have encountered challenges in sourcing candidates proficient in foundational knowledge required across several departments.
