Soumendu Ray is the CEO of Atal Incubation Centre, Rashtriya Raksha University. AIC-RRU promotes Atmanirbhar Bharat by fostering startups and encouraging Research, Development and Innovation, and help in the commercialization of technologies for a self reliant ecosystem in the National Security sector. Soumendu has previously worked for the Government of India in various capactities leading the implementation of major technology projects for the Central Government. He has completed his MS in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta.
