While Surya was pursuing his masters in London, he had no cooking knowledge, because of which his smart mom used to send him home made recipes of ready to cook food products, this made his life so simple as he hardly had to spend any effort to cook, pre sales started back in UK where all of his friends love the products as they were very easy to cook and had the touch of homely taste.

After coming back from London, Surya started Xpedishes to make cooking easy fun and accessible to everyone.
