I’m Sweety Patel — entrepreneur and founder of FactsScan, India’s AI-powered food intelligence app.

I started my career as a Software QA Engineer and went on to build Dolphin Web Solution, an eCommerce services company that has delivered 500+ projects across 20+ countries over 14 years. In 2024, I channelled that technical foundation into something closer to my heart: making food labels understandable for every Indian consumer.

FactsScan lets users scan any packaged food barcode and instantly see a health grade (A–E), a score out of 100, ingredient breakdowns in plain language, harmful additive alerts, and healthier alternatives — all built on FSSAI, WHO, and ICMR standards for India.

In under a year, we’ve reached 94,000+ downloads, 26,000+ monthly active users, and a 31% retention rate — almost entirely organic. We’re incubated at GUSEC and recognised by DPIIT Startup India.

I build from Ahmedabad, and I believe the next big health revolution in this country will happen one scan at a time.
