I’m Tanmay Garg, a growth-focused entrepreneur, marketing leader, and ecosystem builder with over 13 years of experience working across startups, SaaS, and high-growth businesses.
I’m the Co-founder & CEO of AiPply, an AI-powered job application copilot built to help job seekers save time, increase opportunities, and apply smarter at scale. AiPply is a remote-first company, founded in 2025, and is backed by Google for Startups Accelerator, Razorpay Rize, BITS Conquest, and Wadhwani Foundation. We are also incubated at IILM University. Our long-term vision is to build a world where employees and employers have equal opportunity.
Before starting AiPply, I led marketing and growth at companies like AdPushup, AllEvents, and Artishus, working closely with founders, sales teams, and product leaders to build scalable growth engines. At AdPushup, I contributed to building a 230M ARR sales pipeline, and at AllEvents, I served as Marketing Head, driving event discovery, B2B growth, and brand marketing at scale.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — spanning demand generation, content, community-led growth, sales enablement, and go-to-market planning. Over the years, I’ve built and managed teams, worked hands-on with early-stage startups, and learned deeply from both wins and failures.
As a host at eChai Startup Demo Day, I bring a founder’s empathy and an operator’s clarity to the room. I believe in honest conversations around building, failing, iterating, and growing — without hype. These spaces matter to me because they create learning, trust, and real connections within the startup ecosystem.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, dancing, beatboxing, and making music — creative outlets that keep me grounded while building.
