Hi there, My name is Tilak and I am a founder of MixSquads, a bootstrapped company that helps startups with various tasks on CAC Model i.e. App downloads, App reviews, Product Hunt Upvote, Google reviews, User 1st Transactions and a lot more. With over 18 years of experience in the industry, I have built a wealth of knowledge and skills that I am excited to bring to my own venture.

💪I am proud to say that we are EBITA Positive and I am enjoying the roller coaster journey of being a bootstrapped entrepreneur.💪

I began my journey with Cafe Coffee Day, where I learned valuable skills that have served me well throughout my career. I then moved on to V5 Global Services, where I worked as a project manager for 7 years, servicing a variety of Fortune 500 brands such as Apple, Lenovo, and Logitech.

After that, I joined CPM India and had the opportunity to work with major brands such as Google, ExxonMobil, and Visa. I also had the opportunity to manage projects in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, gaining international experience. As the head of the BTL division, I helped drive record profits for the organisation.

I then moved on to Ignitech, a part of Mudra, where I worked for almost a year before the pandemic hit. Later, I joined Gigforce as AVP and managed the gig business pan India with brands like Pine lab etc.
