As the Head of HR, I oversee the entire recruitment and onboarding process, from crafting job descriptions to securing top talent. In addition, I manage day-to-day HR operations, including induction, training, payroll, and employee engagement. My role also extends to leading operations and IT, where I engage in client and vendor interactions and oversee the setup and management of the office's IT infrastructure.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Journalism & Mass Communication with a specialization in Public Relations, along with a PGDM Certificate in Human Resource Management. My career journey has taken me through various roles, each offering unique opportunities for growth and skill development. Through these experiences, I've honed my abilities in networking, teamwork, adaptability, communication, work ethics, and meeting or often exceeding challenging deadlines.

Outside of work, I'm a passionate marathon runner, a travel photographer, and an enthusiast of heritage and archaeological sites.
