Make your product

How do I know people actually want this before I spend on tooling or bulk development?

The short answer

Sell it before you build it: take orders on a landing page, run a small ad budget against a mockup, or presell on Instagram with a real delivery date, and treat anything under ~2-3% conversion as a signal to rework the concept, not the ad. Tooling costs (injection moulds, custom packaging dies) are the least reversible spend in the whole business, every other decision can be undone faster and cheaper than a mould.

A quick summary to orient you. The real value is below: the resources worth your time, from people who've actually done it, not us.
