Answer the real worry, which is almost never about India and almost always about support coverage, security posture, data residency and whether you will still exist in three years. Put the answers in plain sight before anyone has to ask: named customers in their market, a support SLA with hours in their timezone, SOC 2 and DPA links on the site, and a real leadership page with faces. Do not pretend to be American with a fake address, because a buyer who finds out stops trusting everything else you said. Zoho, Postman and BrowserStack all made their origin explicit and won anyway, because proof beats geography.
