Which AI tools should be in my content stack, and where do I start?

You need surprisingly few tools: one frontier chat model (ChatGPT or Claude) for writing, one design tool (Canva), one video or clipping tool, and one scheduler. Start with the chat model plus your calendar for a month before adding anything; most founders fail from tool-hopping, not tool shortage. Add specialist tools (HeyGen, Descript, OpusClip) only when a specific format starts working for you.
