I am passionate about Technology and have a strong Leadership skills driven by core human values. I have worked on various TechnoFunctional Leadership roles (with hands on code) and delivered couple of complex product in the space of distributed data processing especially related to trade processing and risk analytics.

- Driven by core human values which helps build long lasting trust and relationship with people at any levels. (up or down the org hierarchy)
- Currently working on project to increase operational efficiency of the bank by Automation, Cloud and docker adoption etc. Also working on driving the Future of Technology in the bank.
- Experience of leading development of Cross Asset Risk Visualisation platform from India.
- Experience of leading product development of a complex Trade Processing System for Interest Rates Derivative business.
- Ability to evangelise and influence dev best practices within the team.
Technical Skills/Experience/Achievements:
- Blockchain - Author of the book “Building Blocks of Blockchain”
- Deep understanding of distributed data processing solutions. Worked on internal data grid product as well as product like Oracle Coherence cache
- Java, Scala, OOPS , Docker , Kubernetes
- Relational and NoSql databases MySQL, Oracle, MongoDb
- Elastic Search, Kibana, Apache Lucene, Apache Spark, HDFS, Kafka.
- Well versed with Java Memory Model, reduce services avg response time from 100 ms to 20 ms by GC tuning.
- Good understanding of Service Oriented and Modern Microservices Architectures
- Decent understanding of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning , also have certification from Prof Andrew Ng on this subject.
- Well versed with Agile & DevOps implementation/practices.
Business Exposure :
I have decent understanding of core pricing models and have worked on various different asset classes like Interest Rates Derivatives, Securitized Products, Credit Risk
