Working with 30+ writers at Fad Bulletin and talking to many entrepreneurs helped me understand the problems behind current channels of content creation, which led to the idea behind WittyPen. I started WittyPen with a thought of creating quality content across all marketing channels and a potential to become a scalable platform catering to global needs. Another part of the vision behind WittyPen is to not only help writers get paid writing projects but also be a part of an elite writers community helping them grow their skills.
My interest in working on media platforms and an inclination towards Bollywood, was the reason I started Bollymirchi. A platform which helps movie production houses in remarketing their movies. My little journey in this venture gave me an experience of working with a few well known Bollywood production houses like UTV, Balaji Motion Pictures, Yashraj, Prakash Jha productions, etc.
I always try to stay productive but whenever I am not in my team meetings or working on strategies or focusing on product development, I am reading a book. I also like meeting new people and explore the basics of human psychology.
The knack of selling and marketing from my family business is the reason why I turned from being a techie to a marketer. The changes happening in how companies are acquiring new customers and the efforts they have started putting in to build trust and familiarity amongst their users is something that motivates me to work in this ever evolving industry.
