Innovation and value addition are the core competence of Ms. Arpita Doshi who was found to experiment with her food at an early age of 8 years. Being hardcore vegetarian foodie Ms. Doshi also faced the cynical side of food that cause permanent health damage after being 26 days on ventilator. The event became an inspiration for Ms. Doshi to find a solution and prove “Let Food Be Thy Medicine”. Ms. Doshi has 10+ years of working experience in India and UK where she showcased her dynamic abilities in various sectors.
